These Terms of Service apply when you visit alelabel.com or purchase from AleLabel. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary between screens. Products, sizes and quantities are subject to availability, and we may correct errors or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or incorrectly priced.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment. Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any applicable charges are shown before payment. Promotions may have separate conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for available destinations, rates and current delivery information.

RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached. Approved change-of-mind returns receive an exchange or store credit, and the customer is responsible for return postage. Hygiene exclusions may apply as explained in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods may qualify for a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law. These rights are not limited to 14 days.

ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information and for keeping account credentials secure. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful activity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, AleLabel owns or licenses the website content, branding, text and imagery. You may use the website for personal shopping only and must not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and technology providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites linked from our store.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AleLabel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
