Australian Shipping Terms

 

  • We use Australia post express, FedExpress and DHL
  • Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 24 hours on a business day.  Ship time 1-2 business day
  • Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances, weather, strikes or any other external factors out of control of ALE LABEL, Australia Post. FedExpress or Dhl express
  • Tracking is available for domestic and international orders
  • Orders on public holidays and or weekends will be shipped out the next business day. An email will be generated when your item has been shipped with your tracking number.

 

International Shipping Terms

Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer’s expense.

Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 24 hours on a business day. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express. Shipping time 2- 7business days from Australia

  • Deliveries can be tracked down to the minute via DHL Express or FedExpress website
  • We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.
  • To minimize delays we recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package as your delivery address.
  • There is no Next Day Delivery option for International shipment
  • Whilst we endeavor to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may occur.
  • YOU WILL NEED TO COVER THE IN-GOING CUSTOMS COST OR TAXES SHOULD ANY BE INCURRED IN SHIPPING TO YOUR DESTINATION.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

 

PRE ORDER ITEMS

If you purchase items together with an item which is a pre order your items will be shipped first and additional shipment fee may apply.

For customers who pre order, our priority is to get your item as soon as possible. Delivery dates shown are estimates only and subject to change.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, adverse weather, power outages, loss of internet services, pandemia etc.)

 

LOST PACKAGE

If an item is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item once it has arrived in the country outside of Australia. We use DHL / FedExpress all packages are fully traceable with a tracking number we provide. If you are not available to sign for your package you are responsible for arranging another time with your local post office to pick up your item. If your package is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.
